Shipping Policy
Shipping Coverage
RSP Motorsports currently ships nationwide within Canada only.
Shipping Method
All devices are shipped via FedEx 2-Day Shipping.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 2 business days of purchase. Once processed, your device will be shipped using FedEx 2-Day service.
Please note that processing times may vary during holidays, weekends, or periods of high order volume.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided so you can monitor the delivery status of your package.
Delivery Delays
While RSP Motorsports works to ensure timely delivery, shipping timelines are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.
Device Return Process
Once you receive your device, please follow the instructions provided to complete the required process for your vehicle tuning.
After the required files have been obtained, the device must be returned to RSP Motorsports before your vehicle tune can be completed.
Returning the Device
Customers may return the device by either:

Dropping it off in person at RSP Motorsports

Shipping it back to RSP Motorsports at their own expense

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all costs associated with returning the device to RSP Motorsports.
Device Condition
Customers are expected to return the device in reasonable condition.
If a device is returned damaged, RSP Motorsports reserves the right to review the situation on a case-by-case basis. Customers may be contacted regarding repair, replacement, or other associated costs where applicable.
Failure to Return Device
Vehicle tuning services cannot be completed until the required device and/or information has been returned and received by RSP Motorsports.
Failure to return the device may result in delays or inability to complete the tuning service.
